For the Insurance Co.
Loss Control Quality Report
Paperless reports providing detailed information on operations,
exposures and controls for specific coverages requested. The report
may include: recommendations, diagrams, photos, and building valuations.
For the Producer / Policyholder
- Loss Control Account Profile Report
The purpose of this pro-active and time-efficient report is
to provide the producer's insurance company(s) with a Loss Control
Account Profile of the client's operations and safety procedures.
This will assist the producer in providing the underwriter with
an informative loss control report, which is similar to the
type of report used by the insurance company's loss control
department. This independent loss control report enables the
underwriter to review a prospective account facilitating a quick
and concise quote.
- Loss Analysis (Loss Trends Analysis)
The colored graphic charts are accomplished by the input of
data from types of accidents and their costs. The goal is to
find the trends and implement loss control procedures that will
create the greatest impact towards loss reduction.
- Cost Containment Evaluations,
including Accident Investigations
An in-depth program to contain the costs from employee injuries.
Our services include the development and implementation of internal
claims management and handling procedures that will work in
conjunction with the insurance company's claims department,
if utilized.
For the Policyholder
- Risk Control Analysis
The highly effective report is a detailed analysis that breaks
down each section or procedure with the company's safety program.
The report will grade the account from information obtained
and compared to areas implemented, not implemented effectively,
and not implemented. Graphical charts will be provided at all
levels of the report in order to provide clear illustrations
for future presentations by the consultant or the client to
other management staff. Recommendations and comments are made
to the safety program, followed by action plan charts. The client
may use the charts, in order to establish effective follow up
procedures within the organization.
- Loss Control Program Audits
This is a condensed version of the Risk Control Analysis report.
It is especially effective for small operations or clients with
little to no formal safety procedures and activities.
- Scheduled Site Surveys with Safety
Meetings
Our onsite visits at the clients' facilities are to find hazards
as well as potential hazards and make recommendations and/or
suggestions to remove or control these exposures. Short, concise
and to the point meetings can be held with members of supervision
or employees on safety issues, concerns and procedures.
- Classroom Safety Training
This is our formal instructional training sessions where employees
are provided with detailed information and taught in specific
safety procedures. Most of our classroom training is geared
towards specific sections of the client's safety program that
addresses the requirements of OSHA standards.
- Development and Implementation
of Safety Programs
We can assist with the development of the company's formal loss
control/safety program, followed by the implementation of the
program within all levels of management, supervision and employees.
At that point, we have the capability to provide updates of
the company's program on an as needed basis.
